Senselssly Alone

As the tears fill my eyes,
Blurring what I thought I saw.
Looking around to see what is near,
But I see nothing.
Utterly Alone

Reaching for a hand,
Touching only misery.
Groping in the dark,
But I can't feel a thing.
Completely Alone

Listening for comforting footsteps,
Hearing only my own breathing.
Stretching to detect any sign of life,
Everything but silence is dead.
Disappointingly Alone

A whiff of roses floats past,
Only to be taking away in the same moment.
Breathing deep searching for a treat,
Only garbage is found.
Disgustingly Alone

A hint of honey,
To be replaced by onions.
Licking lips to find joy,
Just to be burned once again.
Hopelessly Alone

Even in sad poems, I can still see growth. A lot of it. Through all of everything, you're still becoming more and more beautiful and strong in everything you do! I love you. Your example has really helped me.

a wise person once said to me the verse "yes though i walk though the valley of the shaddow of death" does not tell where you will be at the end of the SHADOW of death. its only the shadow of death dearest. only the shadow you won't die. the reason it doesnt say where you will be is because that is for you to write. the bible is a fill in the blank sometimes. we have to put in names and sometings like that. gow wants us to write our own stories. the bible is a letter to US!! so put your story in the bible.... and trust god!

Harry Potter was just a baby when the most powerful wizard killed his mom and dad and tried to kill him, but for some reason the little baby got away with only a scar on his forehead. It is word for word where I feel like I am in my life right now. I have had many fears, shed thousands of tears (yes I cry), more than one broken heart. 1 chorenhians 10:31 What ever you do, do it for the glory of GOD. I put this verse up on my mirror in the bath room so I can read it every morning. I have to be reminded all day every day that it's not about me it's about God, and it being about God means it's about the people around us. Today I reallllllly wanted to sleep in and NOT GO TO CHURCH, while I know God would still love me I went anyways and now I'm so glad I did. Our paster used a quote that said, "Live fully, Love wastefully." (sarah isn't smart enough to rember who said it.) When we put these two thoughts together we can truly learn to live like Christ and live the life that Christians are supposed to. I wrote a persuasive speech this year that is on a really hard issue for a lot of conservitive Christans to agree with.
